Position: Foreign Trade Sales Representative
Location: [Xiamen, China]
Department: International Business Division
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new international clients in key global markets (e.g., EU, Americas, Asia, middle east).
- Export Process Management: Oversee end-to-end operations, including contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and payment compliance under international trade regulations (Incoterms, L/C).
- Relationship Building: Build long-term partnerships with overseas distributors, wholesalers and B2B clients through proactive communication and market analysis.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customers need to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Trade Fair: Attend international trade fairs (e.g., Canton Fair, Hannover Messe) to expand business networks.
- Sale Report: Prepare reports on sales performance, market insights, and pipeline forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in foreign trade or export sales.
- Core Skills:
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French) preferred.
- Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital platforms (Alibaba, Google Analytics).
- In-depth knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
- Attributes:
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and intercultural communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to global time zones and travel requirements.
