Position:‌ Foreign Trade Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Market Expansion:‌ Develop and implement strategies to acquire new international clients in key global markets (e.g., EU, Americas, Asia, middle east)‌.
  2. Export Process Management:‌ Oversee end-to-end operations, including contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and payment compliance under international trade regulations (Incoterms, L/C)‌.
  3. Relationship Building:‌ Build long-term partnerships with overseas distributors, wholesalers and B2B clients through proactive communication and market analysis‌.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:‌ Liaise with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction‌.
  5. Market Intelligence:‌ Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customers need to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies‌.
  6. Trade Fair: Attend international trade fairs (e.g., Canton Fair, Hannover Messe) to expand business networks.
  7. Sale Report: Prepare reports on sales performance, market insights, and pipeline forecasts.

Qualifications:

  1. Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in international business, Trade, or related field‌.
    • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in foreign trade or export sales‌.
  2. Core Skills:
    • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French) preferred‌.
    • Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital platforms (Alibaba, Google Analytics)‌.
    • In-depth knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance procedures‌.
  3. Attributes:
    • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and intercultural communication skills‌.
    • Flexibility to adapt to global time zones and travel requirements‌.
